Fillet and Release.....Into Your Belly

There is absolutely no shame in harvesting the fish that you catch. As long as you don't' get carried away over-harvesting, its a safe and environmentally friendly alternative to paying for frozen fish from big chain stores. Commercial fishing operations and foreign fish farming wouldn't be a necessity if people weren't so hesitant to provide their families with their own caught/hunted meals. Below are a few of the fish I have caught and harvested in recent years, each equally tasty as the last.

Northern Snakehead
Northern Snakeheads are the most delicious freshwater fish I've tasted to date. A reputation of a quality food fish that is well deserved, that even surpasses that of the walleye.
